Delivery Policy

During the checking out process you will be asked to choose a delivery method. The choices and prices will be calculated and displayed against your complete order and are as follows:

UK (not Northern Ireland)

Royal Mail - Price as per Royal Mail current rates (min £3.95)

* First Class Post
* Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day UK mainland but not Weekends or Bank Holidays)
* Last Posting day for Christmas 20th December before 2:30pm

Courier

* Courier - (economy service- up to 3 working days)
* Up to 1Kg £3.95, up to 2Kg £4.95, up to 20Kg £6.50 and over 20Kg £13.00
* Next Working Day - (not weekends) £8.50 Last order cut off 2:30pm
* Fedex or UPS European Economy (from £16)
* Fedex deliver up to and including 24th December

Next day orders must be in before 2:30PM. (orders after 2:30PM on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday)

From 21th December, you must use 'courier' to be delivered by 23th December

European and Northern Ireland

If your order is too heavy (more than 2Kg) you will be offered FEDEX European Economy rates (from £18). This will normally take 3 to 4 days plus customs clearance. Please allow a little longer for remote areas.



Rest of world

If your order is too heavy (more than 2 Kg) you will be told that the service is unavailable. Please ring 01524 733030 for special arrangements as couriers charge variable extra charges for these areas dependant on size as well as weight.
